Taking the Word to the World and the Cross to the Lost

Ex-Nazarene Pastor Dennis Swift, Spirit Filled and moving
**********************************************************************

On March 13th and 14th, 2000, the Well of Bethesda was invited to minister at
the Beaverton Church of the Nazarene immediately following the inspired Ruth
Heflin meetings at the church.  The air was charged with the anointing while
the denominational resistance to the gifts was restraining to say the least.
The two night were exciting but the second night's worship hit a level that
was awesome!  Pastor Swift was touched by the Spirit and several feathers
appeared around him as he laid under the anointing and many received
deliverance.  And a few feathers appeared out of mid air and floated down to
the floor!  Later, Pastor Swift shared a wonderful vision that he had
received with under the Spirit's influence.

As we had written in our previous article on Pastor Swift, his resignation
was requested by the district supervisor who could not defend their limited
position on "the gifts" but simple stated that Pastor Swift was going in a
different direction then the denomination.  After discussions and then
negotiations, Pastor Swift resigned his pastoral position that had lasted
approximately 15 years.   But, this is not where the story ends!  No, it is
where it begins!

Shortly, a number of people requested him to lead in a home church called
"Church of All Nations."  Then Pastor Frank Fraga of the Sisters, Oregon AOG
Church invited him to minister to his congregation.  It was a completed
success and an exciting leap into God's unrestrained vineyard.  Several
meetings later a tent was put up and Pastor Swift ministered along side of
revivalist, Dan Noland.

Then the home meetings took off and has growing in attendance to the point
where the group has decided to move to the Kingstad Conference Center at 3800
SW Cedar Hills Blvd., Beaverton, Oregon, starting the first Sunday in June,
2000!
